It's easy to opt out of renewal! We understand there could be many reasons why you don't want to renew your insurance. 💙
1. Go to your dashboard.
2. Click the renewal banner at the top of the screen. It's grey with a little flag icon.
3. Toggle off the blue "auto-renew" toggle. It'll turn grey and confirm that you've opted out of renewal.
At the end of your policy year, you can opt out of renewal to cancel your Napo policy
