Puppy Academy covers a host of topics for new puppy owners - from puppy first aid to training their recall the first time you let them off lead! đ¶
It's a program of 45-minute live video classes by vets and dog trainers, with live Q&A at the end. At least 10 classes run every week, with 10 class topics.
Puppy Academy is free for all policy holders, or can be subscribed to without a policy via our website here.
What happens after booking a class
Once you've booked a class, you'll receive a confirmation email (however, if you cancel a class, you wonât receive a cancellation email).
You'll receive an email 2 hours before the class is due to start and an SMS 30 minutes before. Both reminders will include a link to the Puppy Academy.
To join the class, you'll need to click on the âJoin classâ button on your dashboard. This will only be visible when the class is live. You can also click on the link emailed to you prior to the class.
If for any reason you havenât received a link, as above, please select âJoin classâ on your dashboard.
Iâm subscribed to the Puppy Academy
If youâve subscribed to our Puppy Academy product youâll have access to all 10 classes via your Napo dashboard. You can follow the instructions above to book any classes.
If you pay monthly, your subscription will provide you with 1 months access to the Puppy Academy and will automatically be charged each month.
If you pay annually you'll have a year's access and will only be charged once.
Iâm on a free trial
We're currently offering a 7 day free trial of the Puppy Academy.
Once your 7 day trial has finished you'll be automatically subscribed to the Puppy Academy and payment will be taken via your bank account monthly. This will be at ÂŁ7.99/month.
If you'd like to cancel your free trial you can do so via your account settings under the 'manage subscriptions' option.
