I’m having issues joining my Puppy Academy class

  • We’re so sorry if you’ve had any issues joining a Puppy Academy class. Before contacting our team, there may be a couple of troubleshooting options you can try to get the issue fixed. 🔍

  • If you’re not able to join your class, please try via a different browser or device.

  • If your video or sound isn’t working, you’ll just need to allow permission within your browser settings. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to do this once.

  • If you’re still facing issues, one our Champions will be happy to look into this for you during our working hours. Please drop us an email to support@napo.pet or via our chat by opening the blue icon in the bottom right hand corner here. 💙

  • Our working hours are 9.00AM - 5.30PM, Monday - Friday, so we’ll come back to you during these times.

  • All classes will run each week, so if you’ve missed a class, you can book in again for the following week.
