FirstVet: How to create an account?

We offer 24/7 free video vet calls with UK vets and behaviourists through FirstVet. You can easily book your appointment on your Napo dashboard or the FirstVet app. They’re always ready to help.

Haven’t created your account yet? Don’t worry, it’s easy to set-up!

Whether you’re using the app, their website, or booking directly through your Napo dashboard, you just need to follow the steps below.

  1. Open your FirstVet app or their website.

  2. Click "My Pets"

  3. Click "Add Animal"

  4. Click "Add Pet"

  5. Select Napo as your insurance provider.

Please ensure the email and phone number you use to sign up matches the ones on your Napo account. If they don’t match, you won’t be able to link your Napo account and will be charged for any appointments.

You’ll now be signed up and able to book free vet and behaviourist appointments online.

Don’t see any appointments available?

FirstVet is a very popular service, especially their behaviourist appointments. They often get booked up quickly in advance so check back each morning at 7am and they release new appointments then.
