If you are a customer and reaching out to us:

  • Via email, we can discuss general policy information, however if you need us to make any changes to your policy or claims then we’ll need you to confirm your security questions.

  • Via chat, if you are logged in we won’t need you to confirm any security questions, however if you are logged out, then you will need to confirm them.

  • Via text, we can discuss general policy information, however if you need us to make any changes to your policy or claims then we’ll need you to confirm our security questions.

  • Via phone call, we will always need you to confirm security questions. Please note we only make outbound calls and do not have a phone number to call.

What are our security questions?

  • Full name

  • First line of address

  • Postcode

  • Date of birth

  • All pet’s names
