We'll automatically retry all failed payments multiple times. You can see the status of your payments in your payment history. If it says the payment is "pending" that means we're still retrying it!

Customer support doesn't need to manually retry failed payments, unless you've checked your payment history and it says it's not being retried already :)
Napo will automatically retry your premium payments when they fail.
