It's easy to change your direct debit details in your Dashboard. Please simply go to your Billing Settings and click "Change Direct Debit". 😊
From there, you’ll be able to enter your preferred bank account details and update your direct debit.
Just so you know, there are a few situations in which you'll see that you can't edit your bank account yet:
Where you have recently changed your bank account details already. You won’t be able to update them again for up to 7 days.
One of your payments is in "pending" status. You'll have to wait a 1-2 days for the payment to be ‘submitted’ to update your details again.
Previously, you couldn’t change your bank account details if you had a failed direct debit mandate. Our amazing team worked on this so now you can change your bank details after a failed payment. 🎉
