Can I change my address?

It's easy to change where you live on your policy.

When you move house with your pet, it's easy to update your address with Napo.

Simply go to your Personal Info on your dashboard.

Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to your address and then enter your new address.

Important: To have a valid policy with Napo you must be a permanent resident in the UK, you must be the owner of your pet and it must live with you at this address.

If move or have a change in address, you must tell us within one month.

It'll just ask you to confirm, and then it's done!

If you're transferring your policy to another person (i.e. rehoming your pet) then please contact us via chat or email to discuss if it's possible. If you are already speaking to us on email or chat, simply write ‘Ask a person’ to be directed to one of our Customer Champions. They will be happy to assist you further. 💙
