Yes, you can easily change your policy start date within the 14-day cooling-off period. 😊Here are the steps to follow:
Go to your dashboard.
Click on the policy you want to update from the Policies section.
If you're eligible to change the start date of your policy, you will see a grey banner at the top of the page. Click on the "Change" button within this banner.
Select your preferred start date from the available options.
Once you've selected your preferred date, you'll see the new start date of your policy as well as the new accident and illness cover start dates.
If you're happy with the change, click on "Change Policy Start Date" to confirm it.
Keep in mind that you can only change your policy start date once, and this change will take effect immediately. Your direct debit payment schedule will not be affected by this change.
