If you’re looking to upgrade or downgrade your cover at renewal, you can explore your options through your dashboard at napo.pet, once you have received your renewal quote. You can view the details on costs and manage your renewal including the auto-renew function, up until the day before your renewal date.

  • Lowering your cover limit won’t affect the ongoing protection.

  • Increasing your cover limit can only be done during the 30-day renewal period. For more details, please refer to the terms outlined on page 28.

  • If you choose to downgrade on or after your renewal date, you might need to pay the upcoming debit to keep your policy current.
