If you purchased your policy or renewed your policy after 19:29 GMT on 07/12/2023, the following terms apply to your policy;

It's easy to upgrade your policy, every time it renews.

You'll get emailed when your policy is due to renew in 30 days.

After you get this email, go to your dashboard and click the pink renewal banner at the top.

Then you'll see your renewal quotes for £4k, £8k, £12k and £16k cover. You have until the day before your renewal to pick the one you want 🤗

Please note that any conditions, signs or symptoms or treatment started before your upgrade will not benefit from the increase in cover. This means that any conditions that showed signs or symptoms before your upgrade, can only be covered up to the previous maximum cover limit. Also, accidents will remain under the previous cover limit for 24 hours, and illnesses will remain under the previous cover limit for 10 days following your renewal.

You'll be able to upgrade at renewal or mid-policy. If you're looking to upgrade mid-policy year, please contact us via chat or email to discuss if it's possible. If you are already speaking to us on email or chat, simply write ‘Ask a person’ to be directed to one of our Customer Champions. They will be happy to assist you further. 💙

Please note that when you upgrade, any coverable previous conditions prior to the upgrade will only be covered up to the previous maximum cover for vet fees.
