Yes, it'll automatically renew, as long as you haven't opted out or cancelled your direct debit with us! If you're happy with your renewal quote, then you can sit back and relax. Your new policy will start as soon as your last one ends 🤗
After you get your renewal quote by email, you'll have 30 days* to think about it including choosing the cover level, shop around, or opt out of renewal.
If you are not sure about renewing at the current level of cover, you have options.
🔹 Opt out of renewing
Go to your dashboard
Click the pink renewal banner
Scroll down and click the grey link: "I do not want to renew"
Hit "continue" on the popup
🔹 Downgrade your cover
If your cover limit is over £4,000, you can reduce it and still be covered for existing conditions. You can do this from your dashboard before your renewal date.
🔹 Start a new policy instead
You can take out a brand-new policy. It may cost less, but it won’t cover any existing conditions.
If you switch without any gap between policies and let us know before your current policy ends, we’ll waive the waiting period.
💙 Why renew?
Premiums go up as pets age, but so does their risk of needing care. Renewing keeps you covered without interruptions, especially important if your pet has shown signs or symptoms, had treatment, advice or medication while covered with us.
👉 If you're happy to keep your current cover, no action is needed. Your policy will automatically renew as long as you have an active Direct Debit and you haven't opted out.
👉 To renew by changing your cover level, head to your dashboard before your renewal date.
