You’re only able to have one active direct debit mandate on your account at this time which means all pets have to be paid for on the same account.

If you need to update your direct debit details, you can do so via the Billing Settings on your Napo Dashboard. Simply click ‘change direct debit’ and save the changes.

If one of your payments is in "pending submission” status or you recently changed your bank account, it won't let you change it yet. You'll have to wait 1-2 working days for the payment to be "submitted" or up to 7 days for the mandate to settle to update your details again.
