How do I submit a continuation claim?

If you’ve already submitted a claim for a condition, and you now have more costs that you need to claim for for this same condition - then a new claim will need to be submitted for these further costs. Additional costs cannot be added to an existing claim, even if the claim has not yet been sent the outcome.

This new claim will be a continuation claim, and can be submitted in the same way as the original claim;

You can either invite your vets, behaviourist or therapist to submit via your dashboard, or you can just five them the following information:

  1. Your pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001)

They will be able to use this information to submit any claims you may need. 😊

Just so you know, for vet fees we only apply the excess once per condition per policy year - so you don’t need to worry about any additional deductions or charges from us if you’re submitting multiple claims for the same condition.
