Will you cover previously covered conditions if I renew?

We offer lifetime cover so once we've approved a condition, we'll keep covering it for as long as you're continually insured with us (i.e. renewing your existing cover at the end of each policy year)- even for your pet's entire lifetime.

The only caveat is that, obviously, we can only cover your pet for their 'lifetime' as long as the policy terms and conditions continue to be met, e.g. you continue to pay your premiums.

If you are asking about a condition you haven’t claimed for yet, then once the condition first had signs, symptoms, treatment, medication or advice during your current policy (after any waiting period), we would look to cover it provided all our other terms and conditions are met.

However, we don’t provide pre-authorisation so we can’t guarantee we would cover it until we received a claim to assess.
