On 27/02/26, we experienced an issue with our internal server which impacted customers purchasing and renewing policies. We fixed this issue on Monday morning (02/03/26) and can confirm our website is operating as usual.
Many of you have contacted us over the weekend and we just want to reassure you we're responding to all the messages as soon as we can.

If you were looking to opt-out of renewal, and your policy hasn't renewed yet then you can simply opt-out by following the steps in this help article.
If you were looking to opt-out of renewal, and your policy has renewed, you can cancel the policy by following the steps in this help article.
If you were looking to cancel the policy, sit tight and we can backdate the cancellation from the day you contacted us to ensure you are issued the correct refund (if one is owed).
If you were looking to get a new quote, you can do so here.
If you already have a quote and were looking to setup your policy, you can simply click on the quote button in the email we sent you and complete the setup as usual.
