Don’t worry, you don’t need to update us when your pet’s condition changes.
Whether they have recently developed a new condition, or they have now healed from a previous condition, you don’t need to reach out and tell us.
When you claim for a condition, we’ll ask for your pet’s vet history and we’ll be able to assess these notes which will document your pet’s health journey.
If anything is unclear on the vet history, our team will always reach out to you or your vets to clarify the notes further so we can make the most informed decision.
