If you’re seeing any error while trying to do a policy check, please follow the tips below:
If it you see a message that says the policy has lapsed, it is likely that the policy has renewed and the policy holder will need to provide you with their updated policy reference. Please reach out to them for this information.
If you see a message that says ‘Please enter a valid policy number e.g. XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX-REN-XXX’ - please ensure that there is no space at the beginning of end of the reference. If there isn’t, please double-check the reference with the policy holder.
If you see a message that says ‘Policy Not Found’ - this means that the first name entered does not match our records. Please note that this is case sensitive. For example, if we have ‘Matt’ in our records, and you enter ‘Matthew’, this will not be recognised by our system. It must be an identical match.
