How do I change the bank account for my direct debit payments?

You can easily change the bank account we use to take your monthly premium payments

It's easy to change your direct debit details in your Dashboard. Please simply go to your Billing Settings and click "Change Direct Debit". 😊

From there, you’ll be able to enter your preferred bank account details and update your direct debit.

Just so you know, there are a few situations in which you'll see that you can't edit your bank account yet:

  1. Where you have recently changed your bank account details already. You won’t be able to update them again for up to 7 days.

  2. One of your payments is in "pending" status. You'll have to wait a 1-2 days for the payment to be ‘submitted’ to update your details again.

Previously, you couldn’t change your bank account details if you had a failed direct debit mandate. Our amazing team worked on this so now you can change your bank details after a failed payment. 🎉
