For each separate vet you have visited, you'll need to submit a new claim.

If you've visited the same vets for the same condition, you can submit that claim in one go but if you have visited several vets, even if it's for the same condition, we'll need those claims to come in as separate claims.

Don't worry though, your excess only applies once per condition per policy year, not per claim. So you won't be deducted an excess for each claim unless it's a new condition or a new policy year.
