Our payment provider, GoCardless, has recently experienced a temporary service issue, which meant some emails weren’t delivered at the time they were first sent. This is why the subject line says "Delayed Delivery".
They are now being re-sent as part of their recovery process, which is why you’ve only just received this delayed notification.
To check the status of your payments or see if your bank details have been updated, you can check the billing section of your dashboard here.
