We don't, as standard, send out physical copies of our policies as we aim to limit and reduce where possible our carbon footprint and paper usage.
However, if you would prefer a printed copy of your policy you just need to reach out over email or chat and we’d be happy to send out a physical copy of your policy document.
Just so you know, you can in-fact access all your documents online at anytime and download them if you wish. Simply log in to your pet's dashboard and you'll find all their documents there!
Please note that if you require a printed copy each year at renewal, you will need to reach out to us to request this as we don’t send them out unless on request.
