Often when vets don’t want to submit a claim for a client, what they mean is that they don’t want to be paid directly by us and would like the client to pay them upfront.
Your vets can submit a claim for you and select you as the payee if they don’t want to do a direct claim. They just need to follow the steps below:
Go to the Vet Portal: http://www.napo.pet/vet-portal
Click ‘Start a Claim’
Enter in your pet’s policy number
Fill out the quick form and submit!
Every insurer gets claim info from your vet (e.g. invoice PDF, clinical history PDF), and we're just the same!
Our online vet portal is the quickest way for your vets to send us these documents, so we can pay you ASAP.
However, if it’s the case that your vets are refusing to claim for you at all, just let us know and we can send you a link to your own customer claims form.
Please bare in mind, your vets will still have to fill out information and provide us with the necessary documents even when the customer submits it so it doesn’t make the process any quicker to do it yourself.
