Sorry about the confusion. That email was to confirm that the payment plan for your current insurance policy has finished. Your insurance cover is still in place and will auto-renew at the current cover level if you take no further action (if you have an active Direct Debit).

You'll receive an email from us with your renewal quote 30 days before your policy is due to renew. Please review the information provided in full and if you wish to renew please make sure you are happy with the cover level via your dashboard.

So why did you receive this notification?

Each policy year, if you pay monthly, a 12-month payment plan will be set up. Once all the payments in this plan are paid and the payment plan is finished, the end of the subscription email is sent. If you choose to renew your policy, we will automatically set up a new 12-month payment plan as long as you have an active Direct Debit.

If you have not received your renewal quote 30 days before your renewal date;

  • If you can't locate an email 30 days prior to your renewal date, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in your inbox as it will provide all the information you need about your renewal. If you can’t find the email, please email us at support@napo.pet and ask us to re-send you your renewal email. In the meantime, your dashboard will show you your renewal price and available cover levels.

It's important to find your renewal email as it will include all the information you need to make an informed choice on whether to renew your policy with us.

Just so you know, policies are set to automatically renew each year. This is to make sure that your pets get continued cover. But you can always opt out of renewing for the year ahead from your dashboard.
