Some vets charge a small admin fee (from £10-£30 normally) to handle your claim.

It's charged for every claim no matter if it's for filling in a paper form or an online form, and no matter if you fill in a form first. The work and effort they put into your claim is the same. But we've worked really hard to make sure our vet portal is super fast and easier for them to complete than a paper form! ❤️

We unfortunately don't know any way to avoid this admin fee if your vet charges this, so we recommend asking your vet about this if it's important to you. Some vets do charge this fee, others don't!
