How should I claim if my pet had more than 1 treatment?

If your pet has had treatment at multiple different practices - each vet, therapist or behaviourist can submit their own claims for all the treatments that they have done.

You can either invite your vets, behaviourist or therapist to submit via your dashboard, or you can just give them the following information:

  1. Your pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001)

They will be able to use this information to submit any claims you may need. 😊

If your pet has had multiple treatments at the same practice - if a claim has already been submitted, then a new claim will need to be submitted for these further costs.

Additional costs cannot be added to an existing claim, even if the claim has not yet been accepted. This new claim will be a continuation claim and can be submitted in the same way as the original claim.

Just so you know, for vet fees, we only apply the excess once per condition per policy year - regardless of the number of claims submitted.
