How do I make a claim?

We’ve made it easy for you to claim. 💙 It’s quick, easy and all online.

You just need to go to your pet in your Napo dashboard and click on the ‘Claims’ which you’ll see on the left side of your dashboard, and we’ll walk you through the claiming process there!

You can also give your vets/therapist a call, email or pop in person, and all you need to do is to give them the following information:

  1. Your pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001)

They can use this information to submit any claims you may need, check your policy details and also check the status of a claim they have submitted. 😊

When we receive a claim, we'll email and text you right away and keep you updated through the process - so you’ll know when we have heard from your vets and received the claim. 💙
