Not to worry, even if your vets don’t have a Vet Portal account, they can create one.
To create an account on our vet portal, they just need to go to https://www.napo.pet/vet-portal.
If their clinic is already set up on our vet portal, they can also log in via the above link. If they don't know their password, don't worry. They can also reset it using the above link.
Most accounts are approved almost instantly, if not on the same day. However, if your vet’s experience any issues setting up their account, they can contact us and one of our Champions would be happy to help.
All they will need to submit future claims using the Vet Portal is your pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001).
They can specify when they submit the claim whether we should pay back themselves, or you directly. Both you and your vets will receive a confirmation email when the claim is submitted.
