All you need to do is send your vets the following info:
Your pet’s Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-1234)

Once your vets submit your claim on your behalf, we'll start assessing your claim and provide you with an outcome in under 2 weeks. Other types of claims take 4 weeks on average.
Regardless of whether we need to pay you or them, your vets can submit a claim.
Just make sure you speak to your vet about whether we should pay you or them directly.
