All you need to do is;

1. Go to our vet portal here: www.napo.pet/vet-portal

2. Create your vet portal account

3. Verify your email address

4. We'll activate your account

5. You're ready to submit the claim 🚀

Once we've received all info for your claim, we aim to provide you and our mutual client with an outcome in under 2 weeks.

Regardless of whether we need to pay you or our mutual client, you can submit a claim. Just make sure you speak to our mutual client about whether we should pay you or them directly.
