Can vets submit claim via email?

Vets can submit claims via our Vet Portal as we've built an easy portal for vets to quickly submit all information needed for your claims to be assessed as quickly as possible.

If you want your vet to submit a claim on your behalf, all they need to do is the following:

  1. Go to our Vet Portal (https://www.napo.pet/vet-portal)

  2. Start a claim and enter your pet’s policy number e.g. ADV-ABC-0001

  3. Fill out the form and submit it 🎉

Once the vets have submitted the claim, you will receive a text from us right away letting you know we’ve got the claim.

If you are a vet and want to submit a claim on your client’s behalf, you just need to be signed up to use our Vet Portal.

To create an account on our Vet Portal, go to https://www.napo.pet/vet-portal

If your clinic is already set up on our Vet Portal, you can log in via the above link. If you don't know your password, don't worry. You can also reset it using the above link.

All you will need to submit future claims using the vet portal is the pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001)

You can specify when you submit the claim whether we should pay back the client, or you directly. Both you and the client will receive a confirmation email when the claim is submitted.
