If you have invited your vets to submit a claim via your dashboard, this sends them an email letting them know how to submit it - and it won't show in our system until they have done so.
If you can't see a claim on your dashboard - this means your vets have not yet submitted your claim.
You’ll get an automated email and SMS as soon as they have - so you’ll be able to keep track of this.
If they’re unable to locate the email, all you need to do is to give them the following information:
Your pet's Napo policy number (e.g. ADV-ABC-0001)

They can use this information to submit any claims you may need. 😊
