FirstVet: My account says ‘policy not found’

If you’re experiencing an error on FirstVet saying ‘policy not found’ when you try to log in, please try the steps below to resolve this:

  • Open your FirstVet app or their website.

  • Click "My Pets"

  • Click "Add Animal"

  • Click "Add Pet"

  • Select your insurance provider.
