When you sign up for a policy, we don't ask you to declare any preexisting conditions; as we don't cover them, it does not affect your quote.

We define preexisting conditions as any injuries, illnesses, or behavioural disorders for which your pet had signs or symptoms, treatment, medication, or advice in the last 24 months before the policy start date.
