In order to ensure that you’re covered should you need to make any claims, and that you’re also not overcharged for your policy, please don’t cancel it yourself, but rather get in touch with us to do this for you.

When it comes to claiming, as part of every Napo policy we offer cover for euthanasia, burial and/or cremation and also you can claim for your pet’s purchase price (if they were under 9 years old when they passed away).
