Our lifetime cover includes all types of conditions, including those that affect cruciate ligaments. It's a really common condition that affects many breeds.

At the time of writing, about 4% of the claims we've paid out have been for cruciate ligaments!

We just need to highlight that we only cover new conditions that started showing symptoms 10 days after your Napo policy start date. We don't cover pre-existing conditions unfortunately, including bilateral conditions (e.g. if you had cruciate ligament disease affecting one leg before your Napo cover starts, then we can't cover if it starts showing symptoms in a new leg after your cover's started).
