We cover accidents and illnesses however we don't cover routine treatments such as neutering/spaying/castration.

If however, neutering/spaying/castration is needed to treat a condition and prescribed/recommended by a vet, we'd look to cover it as long as the condition has started to show any symptoms only after 10 days of your policy start date. That's because we don't cover pre-existing conditions.
