Your excess is deducted from your claim payout, so all you have to do is get your claim submitted by either your vets or yourself in your Napo dashboard. We'll assess it and deduct your excess from the claim.

At Napo, we have a £99 standard excess* per condition, per policy year (for vet fees only).

With third-party liability cover, you’ll need to pay a £250 excess (dogs only).

If you claim for anything other than vet fees or third-party liability there is no excess to pay.
