We’ve now made policy checks as convenient as possible for you to fetch the policy details within seconds because we know how important this information is for vets.
You can access your client’s policy information with us at anytime by simply following the steps below:
You just need to be signed up to use our Vet Portal. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here: https://www.napo.pet/vet-portal
If you already have an account then login to your Vet Portal account on the link above. If you don't know your password, don't worry. You can also reset it using the above link.
Once you login, you will see there is now an option to do policy checks. Select ‘Get Info’ on the blue box where it says ‘Check Policy Info’ to progress to the next step.
4. Enter our mutual client’s recent policy number and then enter their name in the box below (Please make sure there’s no space before/in between/after the text you input.) Select ‘Next’ to continue.
Important: If this pet’s policy has been renewed with us, they may have a newer policy number. Please check this with your client as you may end up receiving outdated information otherwise.
5. You’ll then be brought to a screen where we’ll confirm the pet’s name and their postcode. If these details do not match, you can go back and enter a different policy number. If this is correct, select ‘Next’ to continue.
6. You’ve now got full access to this pet’s policy information. We also attach their policy document for your convenience if you want to further look into the details of what we do and don’t cover at Napo.
