If you think we have your lovely pet’s date of birth or age incorrect on their policy, please reach out to us on email or chat and ask to speak to a person. One of our Champions will be able to amend this for you.

We’ll require you to send over proof of their date of birth such as their vaccination card or vet history. Your pet’s date of birth changing can impact the price of your policy, so our team might need to re-quote this and see if it has any impact on the price.

In the event your price decreases or stays the same, we’ll simply amend this and issue a refund, if one is owed.

In the event your price increases, we’ll contact you with the options we have available to handle this.
