Yes, we do! We cover Complementary therapy treatment as long as they aren’t pre-existing, they haven’t happened in the waiting period and they have been recommended by a vet and carried out by a vet or one of the following approved specialists:

Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (“ACPAT”)

Canine Hydrotherapy Association (“CHA”)

Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists (“IRVAP”)

International Association of Animal Therapists (“IAAT”)

International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (“IVCA”)

McTimoney Chiropractic AssociationNational Association of Registered Canine Hydrotherapists (“NARCH”)

National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (“NAVP”)

Complementary treatment cover is included in the vet fees.

Complementary treatments we cover;

  • Acupuncture

  • Physiotherapy (including Laser, Pulsed Magnetic Field, Shock Wave therapies)

  • Chiropractic manipulation

  • Herbal medicine

  • Homeopathy

  • Hydrotherapy and osteopathy treatments
