Yes, but we can only cover behavioural treatments if they’re carried out by a vet or a specialist certified by any of the following:
Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors(APBC)
Canine and Feline Behaviour Association (CFBA)
Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB).
Behavioural treatment cover is included in the vet fees. To find out your cover amount and which treatments are covered, head over to your dashboard.
Please note that we wouldn't be able to cover for any pre-existing conditions and anything that happened within the waiting period.
