To access your dashboard you just need to click to Go to Dashboard on the Napo website homepage and enter your login details to sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, then all you need to do is click on ‘Reset Password’ and enter your email address. You’ll then be sent a link, via email, to guide you through creating a new password to login.
If you don’t remember setting up your account, please note that you will have done this when you purchased a policy, and can regain access following the above steps to reset your password if you’re unsure.
