It’s typical of insurance policies to have a short amount of time at the beginning where you can’t make a claim. Here’s how it works with Napo:
You can’t claim for any accidents that occur within the applicable waiting period or before the start date of your policy, for accidents this is the first 24 hours.
You can’t claim for any illnesses that first show signs or symptoms before the start date of your policy or within the applicable waiting period, for illnesses this is the first 10 days.
