It’s typical of insurance policies to have a short amount of time at the beginning where you can’t make a claim. Here’s how it works with Napo:
You can’t claim for any accidents that occur within the first 1 day (24 hours) of your policy start date
You can’t claim for anything else that occurs within the first 10 days of your policy start date
