At Napo, we want to ensure that your pet is well-protected. This is why we have updated our policy to reflect this. If you're switching over to Napo from another pet insurance company, you can benefit from immediate coverage without any waiting period (see here for how).

Please note that, we don’t offer a switching service, so if you are moving from another insurer - you would need to speak to them to arrange cancelling your existing policy.

You also don’t have to provide proof of switching when you start your policy with us, we’ll ask you for this should you need to claim.
